An accidental visit opened a journey of multilevel flavor.
As the first coffee origin introduced to us, Brazil becomes the characteristic origin gradually. We have focused on the development of coffee industry in Brazil, witnessing the trend of specialty coffee. As a domestic Brazilian coffee promoter, we take vicarious pride in the transformation from commercial coffee to the coexistence of commercial coffee and specialty coffee.
Every harvest season, we will travel to Brazil to visit local producers and farmers. So far, we have visited more than 100 farms, cupped over 1000 lots of Brazilian coffee, and talked with over 300 coffee farmers, leaving marks all over the Brazil. In 2019, a lot of first-hand information had been collected in Brazil. And this information would be made into a documentary - the journey of coffee beans and would be released in June 2020.
The Andrade family in the Cerado of Minas was the champion of the 2018 Brazil Cup of Excellence in Natural Group. Working as a coffee farm for centuries, it owns two farm - Capim Branco and Sao Silvestre. It not only provides premium coffee to us, but also provides local coffee information. . We have studied new processing methods and new coffee varieties together, discussing the development of the coffee industry and market, constantly looking for better quality coffee flavor to our consumers.
Chapada Diamantina in Bahia is the origin of many award-winning pulped natural coffee. Dominated by peasant agriculture, this region is remote and underdeveloped, surrounded by mountains. It’s the home to many floral, berry-like and multilevel flavor of coffee, telling the story of Brazilian coffee farmers who strive for greatness and pursue quality. Specialty coffee from this region will be presented in the menu in 2020.
In Ingenuity Coffee, as for Brazilian Coffee, we provide traditional natural coffee, pulped natural coffee and rare washed coffee. During the harvest season in 2019, coffee from Capim Branco of Andrade Family was introduced.

BRAZIL GREEN COFFEE INTRODUCTION
Coffee Sweet Natural
Coffee with high-quality sweetness and typical Brazilian flavor. It comes from Capim Branco with large coffee bushes and the vast and flat coffee forest. It is harvested by machinery and processed in natural. After the introduction of Inge coffee list in 2015, it has won unanimous praise. It can be used for coffee blending or as a single origin product.
Coffee Natural Arara
Arara coffee variety is a natural variant of the Obatǎ coffee variety and the yellow Catuai. The fresh coffee cherry is yellow, and the coffee cherry and green beans are larger.
Arara won 8 awards in the 2024 Brazilian COE competition, and Andrade Family won the 22nd place in the 2022 Brazilian COE competition with a Natural Arara. Arara can be called the darling of the competition.
Many years ago, researchers from Fundacǎo Procafé in Brazil accidentally discovered this variant from the experimental coffee field, and then carefully cultivated it to the third generation of coffee trees. During this period, they selected the best coffee seeds, improved the tree structure and size, and decided to release it in 2012 until they harvested satisfactory coffee beans.
After the release, Arara has won the love of coffee farmers due to its high yield, strong environmental adaptability, disease resistance, compact tree shape that makes harvesting easier, and distinctive flavor characteristics.
From the discovery to the release of this coffee, it took 15 years of research and the hard work of countless researchers. And it was recognized in the CoE competition, which is also one of the greatest significances of coffee research.

Coffee Natural Geisha
The Geisha coffee variety of Andrade Family was introduced from Costa Rica. The first lot of fresh cherries were produced in 2019, and mass production began in 2020.
The new crop Geisha uses Natural and Anaerobic Natural process to present a unique citrus acidity and molasses sweetness.
