In line with the continuous pursuit of high-quality coffee, we strictly select all red coffee cherry, boldly design the processing plan, flexibly adjust the processing detail, take care of the coffee cherries diligently, follow closely from harvesting to drying, just to present to you —— our first customized Yunnan coffee lot. This coffee uses a three-stage anaerobic natural way to endow the coffee with a stronger sense of fermentation, mellow wine, purple berries and tropical fruit flavors.
